About TheBomway: We've're building a B2B-B2C web platform for decor, fashion and fabrics.
TheBomway is looking for a Sales and Business Developemnt Ninja to join us.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Close leads/ deals
Pro-actively get leads
Set up meetings with potential retail chains/ corporates/ businesses
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products / services.
Maintain and develop good relationship with vendors through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions.
Review own performance and aim at exceeding targets.
Record sales and order information and report the same to the management.
Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.
Ensure timely billing
Responsible for handling the businesses/ Channel Partners successfully and provide the complete support to the businesses
Spear heading Sales Operations including Planning, Business Development through network, establishing targets & ensuring accomplishment of the same via network or through direct sales.
Cold emails/ cold calls to the clients
Establishing relationships with merchants, and bringing them on-board
Negotiation skills and good communication skills are prerequisites.
Business Acumen. Sharr reseach and analytics skills
BA/ B.SC/ B.Tech ( Recent Graduates / Still Studying)
Top Institute students / graduates can be preferred, but not MANDATORY
Understanding the pulse of the audience; open-minded, easy-going, and adaptable
Punctual and Proactiv
The entrepreneurial attitude would be highly preferable
Down to earth is a quality which we look for.
Prior experience is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate, present effectively with all the Business Stakeholders.
Knowledge of textiles and fabrics (Not mandatory but interest in the textile supply chain is must)
