DevOps Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help our GBA Team toward embracing leading software methodologies and creating next-level solutions for our business. You will work across a wide range of projects (internal and client focused) and utilize cutting-edge practices and best techniques in the DevOps space. We are looking for a professional with a cloud native mindset and the ability to use the most stable and fastest services available in the public cloud.

Responsibilities:

Cloud architecture design
Operational service design, creation and optimization
Deployment of architecture
Pipeline design, creation and optimizations
Ongoing maintenance to core services used inside organization

Required Qualifications:

BS/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related field
3 to 5 years hands-on programming experience
Proficiency with public cloud vendors (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong understanding of container orchestration using Docker or Kubernetes
Proficiency with deployment or provisioning tools (Ansible/Terraform/Puppet)
Good understanding of isolating and securing cloud environments

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of serverless concepts and IaaS
Strong experience working in Agile projects
Fair Understanding of Microservice and other common architectural patterns
