As an account manager at Test Innovators, you will be the driving force behind building and maintaining relationships with schools and non-profit organizations. We are committed to increasing access to educational opportunities for all students and partner with non-profit organizations to this end. As account manager for our non-profit accounts in addition to school accounts, you will have a unique opportunity to impact the future of students who might otherwise not have access to the same educational opportunities.

About the role:

You will be responsible for managing many of Test Innovators’ most important business relationships.

What you’ll do:

Manage a large portfolio of accounts (about 100) with full responsibility for the relationship with each school and non-profit organization
Coordinate the implementation process
Run software trainings and informational webinars for teachers, administrators, parents, and students
Serve as a primary point of contact for your portfolio of accounts
Collaborate with the sales team and operations team to ensure ongoing customer success
Promote the use of Test Innovators features and technology
Proactively identify issues/risks and escalate internally for prompt resolution
Develop and nurture customers to become strong advocates for Test Innovators
Champion and advocate for school and non-profit requirements within Test Innovators
Contribute to continual improvement to best practices for long-term customer satisfaction
The right candidate will play a key role in driving customer success, renewals, and subscription expansion within our business accounts.

A bit about you:

You are a driven, intelligent person who is fluent in technology and eager to learn new tools. You are an exceptional listener, communicator, and problem-solver. You are passionate about education and ideally have experience working in the education space. You relish new challenges and are able to prioritize and multi-task effectively across a high number of accounts at any given time. You are extremely well-organized, detail-oriented, motivated, curious, outgoing, and collaborative.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience in a customer-facing role
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Excellent technical skills
Preferred qualifications:

Experience in account management
Experience in the education space
