The Terpfusion CBD Network is a US-based startup dedicated to sourcing, manufacturing, and distributing the most high-quality CBD products across the country through our multi-brand platform. With e-commerce, wholesale, and private-label capabilities across our 4 unique brands-- we're able to reach a huge audience and provide them with the products and solutions that they need to be successful selling CBD products.

NOTE: This role is a full commission role (see below for more details. There is not currently a base salary, Please keep that fully in mind before you apply. Our commission structure is one of the best in the industry- but it's commission-only.

**What we're looking for**
We are looking for a highly-motivated, organized, and sales-oriented individual to join the Terpfusion CBD Network in either a full time or part time capacity. This fast-growing, flexible role involves being the face of our wholesale and private-label business as a Terpfusion CBD Account Executive. As their main contact, account executives focus on building and growing long-term B2B relationships with business owners that are a fit for selling at least 1 of our 4 unique CBD brands. Account Executives focus on either a specific region or a specific product.

On their own or in collaboration with with management, this role will initially comprise of managing the full sales cycle for potential wholesale or private-label clients: prospecting, reaching out to potential leads to present our variety of products, needs-analysis, and closing those deals. As your client-base grows, the role transitions into more of an account management/retention role. Upon hire, you will receive the necessary training, documentation, and support that you need in order to complete relevant tasks.

***Job Deliverables***

-Find, qualify, and nurture B2B relationships.

- Lead discovery calls, send samples, and close wholesale business deals. Leads are primarily provided by you. We also provide some leads via our CRM or through our inbound marketing strategy.

- takes responsibility for the full-cycle sales process: prospecting, initial outreach, nurturing relationships, and closing that business. We have automation tools in place to speed along this process.

-Manage and maintain existing wholesale clients.

- In collaboration with the National Sales Manager, Account Executives decide on, meet, and exceed various performance quotas.

-Track outreach and optimize best sales practices within our CRM (Hubspot).

-contribute to the team as needed: We value your place on the team and want your voice to be heard.

We love to travel, so our team is fully dispersed. This allows for our representatives to work from wherever they want in the world on flexible hours. Many of our deals happen during the typical American workday (8-6am EST), so your work schedule should overlap with 3+ hours of those times to be successful in this role.

*To be successful in the role we recommend dedicating at least 20 hour a week to the position. However, initially, we recommend spending more time on the role to really build your book*

***Required Qualifications***
- Self-starting, independent work mentality. You do not need to be micro-managed to be successful in a sales position.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English
- Problem solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- Comfortability speaking on the phone. This job requires both cold and warm outreach-- a lot of which takes place on the phone.
- Passion for the cannabis and hemp industry.

***Desired Qualifications***
- 2+ years sales experience - preferably in an inside sales position.
- Ability to work remotely. Experience working remotely a plus
- CRM-savvy (Hubspot) is a humongous plus. However, we provide CRM training.

Pay is uncapped, competitive, and 100% commission- based on a healthy percentage of lifetime sales that you find, earn, and manage. As your client list grows, the account manager's main prerogative is to maintain existing business-- which gives our team the opportunity to see strong, recurring income commensurate of their hard work.
