Fast-growing data startup in San Francisco seeks a customer-centric Success Manager for Tenjin customers in China.

What You’ll Do

You will lead Tenjin’s growth in China. Tenjin values customer success as this helps Tenjin customers grow their marketing activity. Tenjin not only teaches customers how to use Tenjin’s tools but Tenjin also provides its customers with customized analysis, quick troubleshooting, and marketing guidance based on Tenjin’s industry knowledge. Tenjin already has some customers based in China and we also expect to see our existing customers enter the domestic market in China. Your primary job will be to drive Tenjin’s growth in China by ensuring that Tenjin’s customers are successful in their efforts in China.

Responsibilities

- Communicate daily with clients in China;

- Solve the customer’s issue;

- Develop products or features that are tailored to the Chinese market;

- Integrate with local Chinese networks; and

- Plan co-hosting events with other vendors/clients

Who You Are

- Able to contribute to the success of a fast-paced and growing organization;

- Interested in learning the technical part of the attribution/analytics product;

- Able to build great relationships internally across various departments;

- Possess excellent verbal communication and writing skills;

- Excited by solving hard problems across technical, product and business segments;

- Possess SQL proficiency (or a willingness to learn quickly); and

- Worked previously in ad tech or the gaming industry (prior experience running mobile user acquisitions at scale is a big plus); and

- Comfortable and excited about traveling for work.
