Ten Thousand is seeking a Community Marketing Associate who is passionate about building and maintaining relationships with a team of ambassadors and influencers. Working with our Partnerships Manager and Creative Director, you will manage, analyze and optimize our influencer marketing channel and assist with developing creative content campaigns to amplify the Ten Thousand brand and drive brand loyalty and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing affiliate channels, influencer relations, and/or social media marketing and is eager to take on a highly entrepreneurial position that will require you to assume a number of different roles across the marketing team. In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will bring creative thinking to all aspects of community, ambassador relations and the influencer marketing sector.

- Develop, execute and manage all new and existing influencer partnerships
- Manage workflow for all social media campaigns
- Assist with workflow for IRL campaigns including events and cross-team projects (e.g. brand partnerships, content creation)
- Manage relevant ambassador/influencer and social media inbound channels
- Manage day-to-day of Ten Thousand’s brand ambassador program
- Monitor IRL event calendar and coordinate social media campaigns around major event activations
- Assist in the tracking and analysis of weekly performance from affiliate and retainer marketing channels
- Interact with all social media engagement, comments, and direct messages

- Prior internship experience in Influencer, PR or Social Media preferred
- Bachelors degree in digital or traditional communications, public relations or a related field
- Strong analytical skills. Comfortable in Excel and Google Sheets
- A passion for social media and understanding of the influencer landscape
- Heavily focused on scaling the influencer marketing channel and hitting monthly prospecting, onboarding, and revenue targets while being mindful of our brand
- A fast learner who can pivot quickly
- Able to successfully juggle multiple initiatives and prioritize work effectively while meeting deadlines
- Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done
