The Role

Tempo Technologies is the leading innovator of RFID-based inventory and asset tracking technology solutions. We provide custom software, integrated hardware, software development, engineering and other services to help business increase efficiency and reduce costs. Tempo's customizable, user-friendly technologies uniquely position us as the most flexible, sophisticated and scalable solution provider in the industry.

We are looking for seasoned sales professionals to help sell Tempo's solutions to medium and large businesses. Full-time or part-time. Commission-based with unlimited earning potential. Comissions paid on multiple revenue streams, including software (SaaS), hardware sales, software development services and engineering services.

This is a remote contract position. Tempo sales representatives receive strong support from management to help assess and close deals, and to maintain existing accounts. Note: Sales reps are not restricted by state or region. This job posting focuses on New England because we see strong potential for growth in the pharmaceutical, medical / hospital, biotech and manufacturing sectors in this region.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Should be able to demonstrate significant experience in successful sales roles in relevant markets

  • Management consulting experience in relevant markets with a solid understanding of sales principals and best practices is also acceptable

  • Solid understand of operations and logistics in related markets

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills a must

  • Must work well independently

  • Existing sales leads and contacts in relevant markets are a plus

  • Must be a fluent / native English-speaker
