Benefits

Working at Tempest

Tempest is a female-founded, first-of-its-kind digital recovery platform that provides alcohol misuse treatment for the 46 million Americans who don’t identify as addicted. We are a modern alternative to traditional options, and are focused on putting people at the center of their own recovery through an approach that’s empathetic, empowering, and desirable.

We proudly serve a unique base of members who are largely ignored by the wellness and recovery industries. Our method is empowering, holistic, and a fraction of the cost of traditional treatment. We position sobriety less as a singular goal and more as a holistic, aspirational lifestyle, and communicate this through our meticulously designed brand and the thoughtfulness built into our products. We have a DTC, two-tiered subscription-based membership model that provides basic to intensive intervention and recovery.

Tempest provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.

This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.
