Chief Operations Officer (COO)

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our senior management team. you’ll have to maintain the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth. The chief operating officer reports to the CEO and manages the operations of the company, overseeing production, marketing, legal and administrative departments. And will also be in charge of regularly scheduling meetings with stakeholders and of communicating with the company’s leadership when there’s a problem. so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader with excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics, we’d like to meet you.

COO Responsibilities:
The Chief Operating Officer position is an integral part of the management team and possesses a wide variety of duties and responsibilities. The COO must have an in-depth understanding of the fundamental goals and characteristics of the Company, its shareholders and its competitors.

COO Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• Five years experience managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations and strategies.
• Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise.
• Proven track record of managing complex budgets successfully.
• Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership.
• Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
• Ability to make business projections three years into the future.
