Responsibilities
Answer direct phone calls, answer queries of employees and clients.
Provide general support to the visitors.
Maintain attendance register and logs
Manage office supplies and stocks, place orders, and ensure operation of equipment, calling for repairs, determining inventory levels
Deal with requirements of stationery, laptops, generating email credentials of each new employee
Manage the cleanliness of the facility, washrooms and kitchen.
Book meeting rooms as required
Arrange travel and accommodation for employees, keeping the HR and Finance teams in loop.
Photocopy and print out documents and other filing work
Coordinate office procedures

Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS-Office
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
