This is a multiskilled role. The successful candidate requires to handle recruitment (40%), sales and marketing (40%) and admin work (20%). The candidate is not expected to have all required skills, but some skills are desired. The candidate will be provided relevant trainings and supervision during initial phase of the probation.

The followings are expected job duties but not limited.

Job Duties:

Find suitable candidates and pass CVs to hiring manager as per given job specs

Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.

Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with hiring manager

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Attend daily/weekly meetings with hiring manager and give updates regularly

Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)

Launch optimized online adverts through means of social media to increase company and brand awareness

Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)

Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels

Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

Collaborate with designers to improve user experience

Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendor

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Assist colleagues and senior management whenever necessary

Skills and Qualifications:

Relevant bachelor or diploma degree

Communication skills and fluent English

Result driven recruiting

Professionalism

Computer operating skills such as Microsoft office

Ready to take new challenges

Eager to learn new skills and technology

Able work in dynamic start-up environment

Able to adapt to changes in daily work duties

Salary and Benefits:

Base salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills

Bonus: Based on performance, yearly bonus after the successful completion of the probation.

Note: Please note that a minimum 3 months of probation period is applicable.
