TeamBuildr is a startup in the strength and conditioning industry. With less than 10 employees, we are continuing to expand our presence in the strength and conditioning market.

Our platform serves strength and conditioning professionals from high school to the NFL. Our platform makes these professionals more efficient and more analytical by allowing them to collect more data and unlock key insights with our data analysis modules.

Our Customer Success team represents TeamBuildr in a support, training and customer retention role. As a Customer Success Manager, you will onboard new clients, train existing ones and ensure clients renew their subscriptions. This role presents a great opportunity to learn and grow with the team and company as this position is seen as the "launchpad" for other positions at TeamBuildr as we continue to grow rapidly. The product and customer expertise gained in this role is a preferred prerequisite for promotion into higher roles in sales, marketing, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of on-boarding and training according to customer needs and objectives
• Provide product team with user feedback and insight related to new releases of our internal tools and products
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Accountable, proactive, highly-motivated team player. We are a young company, we need teammates who will innovate new processes.
• Detail-oriented, diligent, organized - we don't micromanage.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment, while managing numerous projects under tight deadlines

• This is an entry level position which pays $45k base annual salary with an additional $5k On-Target-Earnings (commission).
