To keep pace with our exponential growth across Europe, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager.This roles entails owning and driving a portfolio of our top partners and enterprise customers to enable successful adoption of our Mobile Learning solution at every level of their organisations. In this role you will provide high-level consultancy on driving our partners and customers to success.
Key Responsibilities
Driving our partners success - Become their business partner in succeeding in their mobile learning transformation by providing high-level consultancy on their business model and mobile learning strategy: segmentation/structure of their mobile catalogue, off-the-shelf and/or bespoke content strategy roll-out best practices, communication and promotion internally and outside their organization, advisory and monitoring of their KPIs
Enabling our Customer Project to be successful- Drive customer in their success, provide recommendations (Learner Experience enhancement on both instructional design, change management and communication).
Enchanting our Partners & Customers- Make sure partners & customers enjoy a positive overall experience and reach their outcomes despite technical and other obstacles.
Contributing to Teach on Mars Development - Learn from experience, suggest improvements and recommend appropriate measures to enhance overall team effectiveness and efficiency.
Required Skills / Knowledge / Abilities / Competencies
2-5 years’ experience in Customer Success Management or Consultancy
Experience in the HCM field and/or awareness of the specificities of strategic HR challenges (L & D, Talent, Performance) is an advantage
Experience in Instructional design or Digital Marketing is a marvelous plus
Proven track record of enabling customer success, achieving measurable business outcomes and creating long-lasting professional relationships.
Understanding of the digital learning sector as a whole.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native) and French (bilingual). Fluency in any other European language is a plus.
Solid academic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology), or equivalent/higher.
