About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, tenacious, and downright awesome individual to join our Sales team in Melbourne as an Outbound Sales Executive. Our Melbourne office serves the entire Australia so this is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the Hospitality Industry. We are not an ordinary company and we don’t expect you to be either. In this role you will be directly responsible for prospecting leads for Tavolo360 SaaS offering in Australia. You will be reaching out to restaurants over the phone, email, and social media to determine if they are a great fit for Tavolo360. Success in this role is measured by consistently hitting and exceeding targets and building a strong pipeline of leads and closing.


  • Conduct a high-volume of outbound contacts to prospective restaurants over the phone, email, and social media.
  • Consult, educate, and successfully qualify prospective customers for Tavolo360’s offerings.
  • Build out a robust pipeline of sales appointments and demos and bring opportunities to closure.
  • Be an expert on Tavolo360’s products and partner offerings and ask probing questions to adapt solutions that best meet the needs of retailers.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed your monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with your team and be willing to try new innovative techniques to drive awareness and adoption of Tavolo360 in Australia.


  • You have 2-3 years outbound phone sales experience, preferably selling SaaS solutions to B2B customers. Even better if you have experience working with hospitality/restaurants customers.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are very comfortable making a high-volume of outbound sales calls over the phone.
  • You have experience qualifying sales leads and have previously generated a robust pipeline of leads. Bonus, if you have worked with Trello before.
  • You are adaptable and excel working in a fast-paced dynamic sales environment.
  • You have a very positive attitude and are resilient and proactive when it comes to overcoming objections and obstacles. You have an uncanny ability to win over the tough ones.
  • You are genuinely curious and interested in new technologies, local businesses, and the restaurant sector.
