As an SDR, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

We’re looking for exceptionally talented and motivated individuals to help us build the world’s best software at scale for thousands of clients. You'll be teaming up with engineers, product managers, and salespeople from a diverse set of backgrounds who are challenging every assumption about software development.

The Right Candidate Will:

● Become an expert at using lead generation tools to generate lists of target prospect accounts
● Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions
● Schedule discovery calls for our inside sales team
● Be proficient at using a sales development platform to execute the outreach process consisting of phone, email, and social touches
● Meet or exceed qualified lead/demos quota every month
● Strive to continuously improve your sales development process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
● Represent and demonstrate our company values, brand, and mission

● Organized and possess strong time management skills
● Excellent written & verbal communication
● Self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment
● A thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment

● Prior lead generation and/or sales prospecting experience is a plus.
