We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to drive operational efficiencies and analytics within the Customer Success organization. Responsibilities:
• Work with all levels within our Customer Success organization to drive healthy partnerships with our customers
• Position accounts to expand
• Become an expert in the tools, processes and best practices across our customer base
• Manage the system installation process, schedule and provisioning (hardware and software) to ensure strong adoption and ongoing engagement throughout the customer lifetime
• Provide training and technical support for customers, as needed
• Use listening, questioning and discovery skills to uncover hidden value for customers
• Partner with other departments as needed to carry out your projects and hit your goals
• Lead process improvement projects, and continually QA software and hardware
• Be a great, positive and enthusiastic person to have in the office
• Be open to performing other duties the team identifies as impactful

Required Qualifications/Skills/Education:
• B.A. or B.S., with 2+ years of experience in an energy related field
• Direct experience in account management, customer success or project management at an SaaS company
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to continually and effectively manage multiple concurrent customers and priorities
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to learn and think quickly and be a self-starter
• Proficiency with Word, Excel (required), and PowerPoint
