What you will do:
• Work with all levels within a customer organization to drive success; line staff to CEO
• Drive a high level of customer satisfaction, successful product use and customer retention
• Be able to communicate our value proposition to each level
• Become an expert in the tools, processes and best practices to ensure customers are realizing the greatest value from Tank
• Manage the system installation process, schedule and provisioning (hardware and software) to ensure strong adoption and ongoing engagement throughout the customers lifetime
• Provide training and technical support for customers
• Conduct meetings to address open questions or issues and derive expanded benefits
• Use listening, questioning and discovery skills to uncover hidden value for customers
• Partner with sales to help expand software and product penetration; including but not limited to; analysis of data and development of a business case
• Act as a conduit for customer and partner feedback and suggestions. Work with engineering to enhance existing software and develop new hardware and software features
• Lead process improvement projects
• Continually QA software and hardware
• Be a great, positive and enthusiastic person to have in the office
• Perform other duties as required

Required Qualifications/Skills/Education:
• B.A. or B.S., with 2+ years of experience in an energy related field
• Direct experience in account management, customer success or customer service at an SaaS company
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to continually and effectively manage multiple concurrent customers and priorities
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to learn and think quickly and be a self-starter
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel (20%) to support installation crews as well as customer training and sales support
