Responsibilities include:

  • Overall, we are looking for motivated candidates who can help us evangelize Talend products, develop technical champions and secure technical wins with our partners.
  • Identifying technical issues impacting business and explaining how Talend addresses them
  • Articulating Talend’s value proposition and differentiation at all levels within a partner’s organization
  • Engaging in and development solution architectures
  • Qualifying good joint technical business opportunities
  • Building and delivering joint solution demonstrations
  • Collaborating with Product Management to identify and prioritize product integrations
  • Demonstrating success at working both independently and as a valued team player within the extended sales and management team

Key Skills:

  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google)
  • SQL (must have)
  • Big Data platforms (Cloudera-Hortonworks, NoSQL, Databricks)
  • Cloud Datawarehouse solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, Delta lake)
  • Technical knowledge should include Java or Python, SQL, REST API would be plus.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage a high number of concurrent, active projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Able to evangelize Talend products
  • Develop technical champions and secure technical wins with our partner ecosystem

Your profile:

  • You are a current or former Presales Consultant
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • SQL skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage a high number of concurrent, active projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Able to evangelize Talend products
  • Develop technical champions and secure technical wins with our partner ecosystem
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies including senior level executives in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Support, and Finance.
  • High energy, enthusiasm and passion for the business
  • Fluency in English
