At Synergist, we've begun an ambitious project to to automate human negotiation.

We're building a foundation for algorithms to predict the best way for two people to reach agreement on legal contracts.. nothing like this hasn't been attempted before. We make human negotiations machine-readable, create big data sets of behavioural data and use open APIs to integrate with third-party platforms. If we do our job right, our users feel empowered to negotiate contracts and get sh*t done really quickly.

We're looking for a Junior B2B Marketing Manager / Growth Hacker to build and execute our customer acquisition strategy. Your initial focus will be B2B outreach and lead generation.

You understand B2B personas and dive deep into the subject matter to craft content and messaging that serves an enterprise audience and generates qualified leads. On the other hand, you're a digital native obsessed with testing, measuring and iterating on distribution channels with the greatest growth potential.

You will have complete autonomy to decide where and how you work and be accountable for significantly growing our sales pipeline and paying customer base.You are already based in Berlin and will be available for a face to face interview.We have flexible working hours, no hierarchy and give you the autonomy you need to get sh*t done.

To be productive you'll need:

* 3+ years in a digital marketing role in B2B customer acquisition
* Know how to apply ABM principles
* Experience running targeted and data-driven outbound campaigns (cold emailing, cold calling & LinkedIn outreach) and experience with the platforms/tools in this space
* An awesome ability to tell stories and create simple and compelling messages that connect with audiences.
* Some experience blogging, speaking or growing an audience on social media would be a bonus.
* Experience running inbound & lead nurturing initiatives (content marketing, social & SEO/SEM) is optional.
