About You:

You should be an experienced Precision Parts Production Manufacturer's Rep with an existing book of parts buyer clients preferably large company in Aerospace, Automotive or Medical Brand Name Manufacturer Supply Chain Program Manager, Purchasing Department clients and you are seeking to partner exclusive with a captive new source of production. You need to be passionate about leveraging software technology solutions to help solve the problems of manufacturers Large, Medium and Small from C-Suite executives to the Shop Floor assembly line.

Position: Manufacturers Rep

Lead project initiatives to identify, call on and win business from Central Procurement organizations, senior buyers, senior sourcing, purchase managers, product program managers focused on machined parts and hardware.
Develop and implement strategies to drive buyer onboarding, selection, qualification, commercial negotiations, contract development and contract administration activities.

Familiarity with precision parts production processes and drawings and a dealbook of large and medium size industry contacts in Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Medical Device, Mechanical Hardware, Drone and other industries along with a passion for industrial automation technologies is ideal. There is a lot of opportunity for growth with this position. This is a commission driven opportunity.

Must have strong writing and communication skills, thorough familiarity with CRM and sales outreach software and must be a solid team player. Must be a self-starter, hungry and quota driven. Ideal candidate will be familiar with Procurement and QC Process, Material and Industry certifications. Must be comfortable on the phone and making customer prospecting calls. Seeking a seasoned professional supply chain sourcing business development manager for precision manufacturing machined parts with a dealbook of large and medium size industry purchasing and product program manager department contacts. Background in precision machining for automotive, aviation, defense and other industries along with a passion for industrial automation technologies is ideal. RESPONSIBILITIES:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CUSTOMER REVENUE STRATEGY and EXECUTION

Communicate with Large OEM Supply Chain and Purchasing Departments, CPOs, Purchasing Managers and how SyncFab's IT Solution can help them achieve their objectives.
Lead project initiatives to identify, call on and win business from Central Procurement organizations, senior buyers, senior sourcing, purchase managers, product program managers focused on machined parts and hardware
Develop and implement strategies to drive buyer onboarding, selection, qualification, commercial negotiations, contract development and contract administration activities
Identify opportunities that focus on customer satisfaction, finished product quality assurance efficiencies/quality improvements, risk mitigation, industry and supply trends and shifts in technology
To the extent necessary Utilize standard cost modelling to determine appropriate pricing structures where needed to win more business
Train and educate customers about our product while collecting feedback from the field for our technical team to make product improvements
Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience reading datasheets, drawings, and blueprints
Strong influencing and customer service skills who are comfortable navigating ambiguity
Collaborating with multiple teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders
Identify opportunities for increased competitive bidding, smarter supplier relationships and more efficient processes. Collaborate with commodity teams to speed up innovation
Proven track record of taking ownership, successfully negotiating preferred pricing and driving results
Must be a person of passion and integrity who has the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results including conducting all activities with the highest of integrity
Track record of issuing Vendor Pricing Agreements and Long Term Agreements (LTAs)
Ability to read engineering drawing or blueprints
Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
Effective written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and prioritize appropriately to meet customer and company needs
Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to respond quickly to a fast-moving and ever-changing environment
