At sync. money we are looking for a ‘super-hero’ Social Media Executive and incredible new team player to join our family and help us to make a real difference. Other skills required as a Social Media Executive include

• English speaking, with multiple languages beneficial.
• Hardworking, willing to take responsibility but also a co-worker.
• Proactive, willing to get involved with the wider team and helping where possible.
• Being passionate about your job and taking the initiative on coming up with new ideas how we can improve our product, culture and company. • You are part of the community but a user too!
• Willing to learn but also to coach others where possible.
• Understanding about the importance of our product, the customer experience to peoples everyday lives and the need to support them where appropriate.

HOW YOU WILL HELP US SUCCEED

• Plan and manage social media campaigns in their entirety, then analyse and evaluate the results to see which programs were most effective.
• Communicate best practices for distributing, sharing and optimising content.
• Work with the wider team to develop a coherent and successful social video strategy.
• Ensure best-use and projection of images and video content on social media platforms.
• Actively engage users via social channels, continually monitoring and making recommendations upon the latest technology and platforms, meticulously follow new trends.
• Coming up with creative ideas for growing the community through engagement.
• Establish and moderate online forums, engage and motivate existing communities, push to unlock new audiences and break ground in new territories.
• Identify content with high-interest and traffic potential.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED 💻

• A minimum of 2yrs of experience as a Social Media Execuitve.
• Proven track record for increasing traffic, followers and engagement.
• Extensive experience of driving community and engagement through social media.
• Skilled writer and content creator.
• Ability to manage a 24/7 social media rota.
• Sound knowledge of trends and tools for social media platforms.
• Knowledge and experience of Social Media channels including Instagram, Slack, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok.
• Self motivated with a desire to improve.
• Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision.
• Bonus if you have design and/or video editing skills.

SALARY 💵

Will market competitive and will depend on the location, position and experience of the candidate.
