We are looking for Support Engineers with a demonstrated ability to delight customers by engaging with them to help address any challenges they run into with our products

love taking on challenging problems and finding creative solutions to those problems.
have prior experience in handling customer conversations through email and chat desk, and especially in a global context (We are lucky to work with customers from 100+ countries around the world)
have familiarity with HTML, CSS and consider yourself proficient with web applications and technologies
you are curious by nature and get excited about learning new things.
you are great at executing while maintaining attention to quality.
consider yourself an outstanding communicator. Your command over the English language is excellent (we cater to a global audience) and you are able to put down your thoughts really well.
are passionate about delivering a world-class experience and derive immense pride and satisfaction in helping people succeed.
are a night owl and are comfortable working the night shift (10 PM - 6 AM IST)
Nice to haves:
- Have prior experience with supporting apps in the e-commerce space
- Have prior experience working the night shift and working with multinational companies
