At Swym, we help e-commerce brands craft a more seamless experience for shoppers across devices/channels. We are a group of over 20 thoughtful and hardworking individuals who are passionate about creating innovative software and care deeply about making our customers successful.
With over 20,000 customers using our platform on a daily basis, we are on an incredibly exciting growth path, and with a real opportunity to build something impactful. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a demonstrated ability to delight customers by engaging with them to help them derive the most value from our offerings and ensure that they have a delightful experience working with Swym.

are comfortable dealing with data - able to analyze, and interpret data and drive valuable insights.
are willing to get out in front of the problem and create solutions before they’re needed.
have familiarity with HTML, CSS and consider yourself proficient with web applications and technologies
