Business Manager - Advisory- Home Loan

Responsibilities-

• Providing advisory and consultative solutions for home loan to customers looking to purchase property in partner projects by evaluating the customer's financial, providing the right scheme, financial solution etc
• Maintaining excellent relationship with all stakeholders of the account (builder sales, crm, banks)
• Engaging banks and nbfc for loan solution and schemes, managing relationship and ensuring bank team follows tat and sla
• Engaging new banks for new schemes and payments plans
• Regular review meetings with banks on solution provided on existing cases
• Maintain proper MIS.

Required Skills-

• At least 2 years experience in bank or nbfc or dsa with home loan dept (builder relationship)
• 2 years exp in team management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good analytical skills
• Hunger for learning and growth
