What is Swiggy Labs?
A self-contained extension of the Swiggy org to drive experiments & zero to ones for potential new business lines and thereby creating a pipeline of the next big bets for the organisation.

At any given point, Labs team will be working on multiple business MVPs and unlocking the future via engineering R&D with an end goal of driving discontinuous growth in customer experience, top line or bottom line.

Some broad areas where Labs team will be experimenting would be

- Creating wow customer experiences and convenience within food and other verticals
- Improving supply chain efficiency via automation
- Enhance customer experience and vendor productivity using IOT and Big Data


The senior marketing manager will be a marketing generalist who would work on several projects simultaneously. He/she will also be responsible for creating a marketing center of excellence within the labs function

● Identify the right mix of marketing channels including ATL, BTL, and online marketing channels for a given project
● Experiment with innovative marketing channels to see fit for a project if needed
● Generate traction for the project in a target based fashion using the channels
● Measure and Analyse performance of channels in a data driven fashion and iterate independently if needed
● Work with internal and external resources to drive creation of creatives for marketing
● Create a Marketing COE within labs with interfacing and hiring with specialists
● Create and maintain relationships with vendors to drive timely execution of projects

Professional Background/ Experience

● UG/PG in a business degree from a top tier college
● 5+ years of marketing experience with consumer startups
● Demonstrated experience of handling end to end marketing projects including ATL, BTL and online marketing in a data driven fashion
● Demonstrated experience of working with senior stakeholders
● Demonstrated experience of hiring and managing teams
