At SWFT Blockchain, we are building an one-stop-shop for all your cryptocurrency needs. In addition to our direct swaps and our all-in-one wallet and exchange platform, we have recently launched features ranging from instant payments, to lending services, and even P2P OTC trading.

While our dev team is busy BUIDLing, we are looking for energetic Business Development Representatives who can generate a spark and bring these services to our potential partners. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to dive deep into the world of blockchain in finance and make an impact at a growing organization.

The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success. This individual will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs. They will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads.

What you'll do
- Develop partnerships within the blockchain space
- Proactive lead generation and outbound prospecting with the goal of arranging calls or meetings
- Eagerly nurture and engage potential and current partners with the goal of developing long-term relationships
- Promote SWFT Blockchain's products and services to potential partners
- Prepare sales contracts and follow through with implementation.

What you need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years' of experience in related role
- Understanding of the blockchain space
- Previous experience in prospecting potential clients, engaging current clients, cold-calling, negotiating, and delivering sales pitches.
- Startup experience
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
- Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
