Position Overview

We are looking for a mission-driven Office Happiness Manager with some superpowers. If the following describes you, come talk to us!

- Patient and diligent. Sometimes, shit happens. You take a moment to reflect. You’re not afraid to put in the sweat to set things up now, so things will be better next time.
- Ambitious and forward-thinking. You know the impact you make day to day, and constantly think about how your role can help the company grow smoothly.

You will:
Empower the people
- Set up processes to ensure the office environment stays organized as we grow rapidly as a company
- Plan and execute office orders (supplies and professional services), ensuring the office and kitchen area is clean & well stocked at all times
- Maintain records and reports related to employees and operations
- File and maintain necessary government reports

Help out with Finance
- Manage expense reports to ensure all bills are paid correctly and on time
- Assist with finance related tasks, such as simple bookkeeping

Help grow the team
- Manage the end-to-end employment life cycle including working directly with managers to schedule and execute 1-1 meetings, performance & goal reviews, employee relations, employee development and exit
- Assist the Hiring Manager with scheduling and pre-screening candidates on an as needed basis
- Onboard new hires so they become fully integrated with Sweet a little’s technologies environment and culture

You have:
- 2+ years hands-on office management / administrative / HR / talent acquisition experience
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google Apps, with the ability to quickly pick up different modern software tools and applications
- Strong people skills, ability to support people from diverse backgrounds
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous startup experience a big plus
