Position Overview

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to help spread the word and grow our customer base. You will be the first member on the marketing team of a tech-driven consumer brand that touches many people’s everyday lives.

You will:
Act as a keeper of the SAL brand and continuously articulate and execute creative programs, both internally and externally

Partner with the product team (digital, beverage) and operations team to translate product strategies into thoughtful narratives that resonate with customers

Devise brand positioning and marketing strategies
Conduct user research and relay user feedback and insights back to the leadership team
- Translate insights into hypotheses, devise actionable and measurable marketing initiatives

Generate awareness and reach new customers in existing and new service zones
- Generate content that are relevant to user communities
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with influencers
- Establish brand partnerships and drive partnership projects from concept to execution

Lead the coordination and execution of key marketing initiatives
- From positioning and integrated planning, to launching and tracking execution against established KPIs
- Work with product teams (digital, physical) and operations team to ensure successful implementation

Desired Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative, media, journalism, social media, digital platforms, and/or fashion
- Hands on experience with launching new consumer products a plus
- Project management and cross-functional integration skills (experience overseeing multiple projects at the same time)
- Multi-tasking skills working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
