Position Overview
We are looking for a Digital Product Management Lead to help extend the Sweet a little brand into thoughtful, user-centric digital products with which our customers and employees engage daily.

You are:

You will:
Act as a keeper of the SAL brand and continuously find ways to embody the brand mission into intuitive user experiences
- Own digital product experience for the entire user journey
- Develop instrumentation, logging, tracking, reporting, and analytics tools to allow for data collection and optimization of the user experience

Lead the full digital product cycle from design, development, testing, to launch
- Be responsible for discovering, aggregating, and prioritizing users needs into features and UI / UX flows
- Work with teams of engineers, designers, and user experience managers to coordinate the development and release of features

Build product execution alignment across the company, among cross-functional teams including growth, operations, software, and hardware

Work with the leadership team to identify new opportunities to drive company growth via the digital product experience, define strategy and lead the execution of products

Desired Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of work experience as a Product Manager at a technology company, ideally products that involve an online to offline / service component
- Experience building consumer products (digital), hands on experience with launching a new consumer product a plus
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Project management and cross-functional integration skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience
- Strong business acumen, prior experience owning a P&L a plus
- Technical skills and/or degree
