Founded in 2019, Sweeft Digital UK is an exciting new breed of digital business. We partner with start-ups of all stages to offer them access to an unparalleled offering of technical development and business funding.

We are the London based HQ for the venture team, providing exciting start-ups with the resources and funds they need to make their tech start-up ambitions a reality and fulfilling their potential.

Your will have responsibility initially for a £1m fund, and work on finding the best, most exciting, high growth tech start-ups that can benefit from our unique offering of technical support and equity.

You will become a part of a London start up scene, attending events, sourcing and prioritising new partnership opportunities and closing deals with exceptional start ups and start-up organisations. The ideal candidate is already doing this and has experience in working in a start-up or even leading one. This is a very entrepreneurial role, giving you the freedom to build your own approach and working style with our backing, and eventually building out your own team.

Sweeft Digital UK is backed by, and works in collaboration with, a team of seasoned business founders and leaders and has a total development resource team of 130+ fully employed people. The wider client and partners list includes top fintech banks and start-ups across Europe.

The opportunity for the clients is vast, tapping in to an initial £1m venture-build fund, with ability to progress to a larger £10m fund.

The opportunity for you is even bigger. You will lead the initial fund, sharing directly in the success of your start ups. Success at this level will unlock a much larger fund for you and partnership opportunities with equity in the Sweeft Digital UK business itself.

Ideal but not essential Skills and Experience:
Proven experience with sales and working with partners;
Previous experience working with or in a start-up;
Genuine passion for people, networking and London start-up scene;
Any technical ability;
Ability to speak other languages;
Knowledge of service contracts and SLAs;
Experience organising and hosting events;
