We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to grow and maintain our expanding customer base in the UK and beyond.

Reporting directly into the Co-Founders, the candidate will be responsible for the design and execution of the Company's marketing strategy, meeting ambitious acquisition and retention targets with the support of a significant marketing budget and team.


Role specifics will include, but not be limited to:

Setting KPI's for marketing activities inline with companies growth ambitions
Designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Planning and Managing the marketing spend
Working closely with business development team to help create assets that assist in drawing clients through the sales funnel
Creating briefs for designers and content creators in order to execute against your strategy
Management of Adwords and Social Media Advertising
Lead on SEO strategy and execution
Lead on communications with clients
Automation of marketing activities via Hubspot (Enterprise Edition)

What we'd love to you have:

4+ Years managing a team/freelance creatives
4+ Years experience of multi channel marketing experience (ideally within Start-ups)
Extensive experience using Hubspot Marketing tools
Experience with Reporting
Experience working alongside business development teams
A customer-centric approach to your work
A strong eye for design and content
Good project management skills
The ability to prioritise and efficiently execute against specific metrics
Confident and comfortable working in a rapidly-changing business
