The Chief of Staff at Move will act as a project manager for the entire company.
The main objective of the Chief of Staff will be to make sure that the company and office function like a well-oiled machine.
The ideal candidate will be an extremely organized and articulate individual. A great Chief of Staff will have the ability to work (and get along) with everyone on the team, while comfortably holding everyone accountable to their deadline (even when it's unpleasant to do so). We're looking for folks that are assertive, confident and extremely structured. Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that the Chief of Staff be extremely result-oriented.
The Chief of Staff will help run meetings, review job candidates, make office purchases, plan and organize the office space, schedule calls, research software needs, plan company off sites etc.
