Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. We are looking for an energetic self-starter who is savvy working on digital platforms, and has the ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities and meet deadlines on a daily basis. CPG experience a plus.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manage and monitor digital wholesale platforms and perform consistent, timely customer outreach and support

Receive, process and follow up on orders taken from wholesale platforms

Maintain, clean, and organize customer database in our CRM

Support sales managers, specialty rep agencies and independent sales
agents by being the first point of contact for inquiries and organization

Coordinate sample send-outs and sales collateral needed for meeting preparation

Execute pre-tradeshow planning, coordination and attending trade shows as needed

Coordinate with digital marketing team on wholesale sales promotions

Assist management with other special projects as required and provide
backup for other employees in the sales/marketing/operations efforts

Provide weekly and monthly sales analysis and reporting

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

Strong phone and email communication skills and precise attention to detail

Must possess a high degree of initiative, organization and drive and be focused on helping grow wholesale sales

Strong quick learner, excellent organizational and follow-through skills

Ability to self-teach and operate with limited direction in a fast-paced environment

Ability to maintain a positive attitude, remain flexible and handle ambiguity

Advanced PC skills, including all Microsoft Office applications

Ability to travel and overnight to tradeshows as needed

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

2+ years related experience and/or combination of education and equivalent experience

Bachelor’s degree required

Experience within the wholesale or consumer product sector preferred

This is a full-time office-based position in our Dallas, TX headquarters.
