The selected candidate will play an important role in growing the organization, as someone who will be directly working with and supporting the founder.


Key Responsibilities

- Be passionate about Customer Service. Some one who can solve problems is what is required for the role - ability to close is an important skill
- Place customer satisfaction first but tactfully striking a balance between the customer needs and company policies
- Lead a team of associates and provide overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the team

Basic Qualifications

At least 4+ years relevant experience managing a team of customer service associates
Strong oral (speaking, listening, interpretation) and written communication skills.
Startup, hospitality industry, airline experience would be preferred
Able to work in an ambiguous, internet-speed environment
Absolute passion for ensuring a great customer experience with every contact
Does not need structure, eager to carve own path
General athlete, jack-of-all-trades, and strong business acumen
Hungry and humble, low ego and willing to do whatever it takes to succeed

Other information

Typical retail work week - 6 day work week; Off day will on a rotational basis
