The position is responsible for working collaboratively and independently to foster new business relationships with decision-makers at leading law firms and corporations across a range of industries.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a highly-experienced management team, gain essential training in sales, and thrive in the context of a growing enterprise providing technology-driven legal services. A rare opportunity exists to navigate and drive your own career, enabled by an aggressive business development philosophy and leadership team; domestic travel is a critical aspect of this position and key in establishing new relationships with senior legal sector professionals. This is a true "ground floor" position at a new company, where the right candidate will be surrounded by senior support, travel opportunities and much more, en route to chances for advancement and beyond.

Description:

- Lead and manage regional business development activities to drive new revenue.
- In coordination with Management, identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
- Cold call prospective clients.
- Foster and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking at meetings and conferences, and other means (attendance at trade-shows, affiliations with regional organizations, etc.).
- Creatively problem solve to continuously improve the company's business development strategy.
- Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients.
- Educate prospective and existing clients regarding service offerings and the company's technology solutions.
- Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service.
- Research and understand sector-specific issues, leaders, trends, and news events relevant to the diverse industries the company serves.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills; written, spoken and in-person.
- Between 0-3 years of sales experience.
- Minimum; Bachelor’s Degree.
- Charisma and Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving goals.
- Willingness to travel domestically to meet with clients and prospects.
- Sense of humor.
