As a Director of Community, you’ll be responsible for growing the community and infusing Summit with extraordinary people of the highest caliber and integrity. Directors of Community are the core and nucleus of the company. You’ll establish and maintain high-level relationships with CEOs and entrepreneurs across all industries around the world. You will be a relationship guru who is adept at making introductions between people across industries for both personal and professional reasons.
Create and execute strategies to thoughtfully grow the community
Scout potential new members in person and online
Establish creative and dynamic partnerships with affinity groups
Cultivate deep relationships with members through the use of email, phone and in-person meetings
Learn about members personal and professional aspirations and become an agent of goodwill and make relevant introductions
Use the Summit community to host compelling gatherings either in person or online in order to build deeper relationships among community members
Incredibly social, articulate, caring, and thoughtful
Enjoys the pace and self-motivation of a sales process
Bold, unconventional and fearless - a true entrepreneurial spirit
Interested in a variety of industries or have a depth of knowledge of a specific industry or area
Have high level industry contacts in your rolodex
Can effectively make introductions between high level CEOs
Salesforce experience a plus
