While doing all this, our ML algorithms will power an AI engine which helps management teams take informed decisions for the future of their organisation.

Despite a relatively basic product offering, we have already achieved significant growth with hundreds of companies across India using sumHR to manage thousands of employees' HR lifecycle. Hence, recently we have raised our first round of funding to revamp, re imagine and re-envision our HRMS product and build it from a 'global perspective'.
We are looking for someone to fit the role of a Business Development Specialist role. You will be responsible for developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.

Whoever fits the bill, will get to:
- Understand / develop knowledge into SaaS product domain and HRMS market.
- Understand and develop expertise with sumHR software/product and commonly used tools for Business Development Activities.
- Identify and qualify the new sales leads generated through marketing activities.
- Develop consultative selling strategies & effectively sell it to prospects through initial phone conversation & online demonstration, face-to-face meetings, negotiation and eventual on-boarding process.
- Build a tight follow-up schedule with all lead opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships to pave the way for additional future sales
- Identify and document the prospect’s requirements to develop a smooth flow for objection handling and pitching sumHR product.
- Provide inputs to other cross-functional departments (especially Tech team) pertaining to client requests for any special product customizations & enhancements.
- Keep yourself updated with any new changes/feature releases in sumHR product, process and pricing structures.
- Participate in projects to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
- Maintain the records of all the sales activities carried out within the Sales CRM of sumHR.
- Knowledge of Sales CRM will be an added advantage.
- Meet the assigned sales target revenue for the month.
¬¬-Should have sufficient knowledge with MS Office Tools.

-You can be a Graduate from any stream with 2-4 years of experience as long as you are a ‘Go-Getter’
- MBA in HR / Marketing / IT would be plus point – (OPTIONAL)
- You have ability to deliver on or before deadlines
- You love the internet world - research and social networking is your middle name
- You have a great attitude, high motivation and a passion for growth
- Optional but it is a plus if you have a market research experience or any customer facing experience at HR Software Company
- You love to own your work
