WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone to fit the role of a Sales Executive role (remote, online b2b sales position). This job will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and e-meet with potential clients.

Whoever fits the bill, will get to:

  • Understand/develop knowledge into SaaS product domain and HRMS market.
  • Understand and develop expertise with sumHR software/product and commonly used tools for Sales activities.
  • Identify and qualify the new sales leads generated through marketing activities.
  • Develop consultative selling strategies, effectively sell it to prospects through initial phone conversation, online demonstration, meetings, negotiation, and eventual on-boarding process.
  • Build a tight follow-up schedule with all lead opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships to pave the way for additional future sales
  • Identify and document the prospect’s requirements to develop a smooth flow for objection handling and pitching the sumHR product.
  • Provide inputs to other cross-functional departments (especially Tech team) pertaining to client requests for any special product customizations & enhancements.
  • Keep yourself updated with any new changes/feature releases in the sumHR product, process and pricing structures.
  • Participate in projects to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain the records of all the sales activities carried out within the Sales CRM of sumHR.
  • Knowledge of Sales CRM will be an added advantage.
  • Meet the assigned sales target revenue for the month.
  • Should have sufficient knowledge with MS Office Tools.

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
