Job has 3 main roles, namely:

1. Doing in store Sales
2. Being solution oriented
3. Training the store managers

Explaining the above mentioned key pointers :
1 . Doing in store sales - as an experience manager you have to take care of in-store experience of our product and ensure sales in the stores.
2. Being solution oriented - as an experience manager you have to have a solution oriented mindset and should be able to solve all problems in store or bring it to notice of Tech or operations team to ensure the smooth functioning of the product.
3. Training the store managers - as an experience manager you will be responsible for training the store managers about the usage of our product.

This is a proper on field work and you will have to spend time in the stores assigned to you. The applicant should be street smart and should know selling well. Good communication is the key to crack the interview
