Our flagship product is a SaaS solution that’s currently used by over 100 brokerages and research firms in 20 countries who are leveraging our solution to effectively communicate with more than 470,000 unique individuals across more than 65,000 firms in 173 countries. Our customers are some of the most reputable and most influential enterprises in the world, the users of our product are addicted, and their managers are bought-in to the value proposition. This is just the beginning for us though. We’re also using our privileged position in the market to build our own protocol and infrastructure to understand the information circulating the global markets. We are laying the foundation to electronify information in the same way that the electronification of trading revolutionized the industry over the last 25 years.

We’re in the early stages of this industry transformation, and we’re looking for someone to help us share our message, define the category, develop it and own it as we progress. You’ll work directly with our CEO to crystallize how we communicate with the market and align our messaging across our go-to-market team, and the broader organization. You’ll be the torchbearer of that messaging, continually iterating and updating it, and providing our team with the tools and materials to effectively communicate it.

Our customers are complex, our industry is changing and persistent self-education is essential for effective product marketing. Our internal expertise, advisory network, and client-facing teams are here to support you in your attainment of subject matter expertise. Your customer prowess will spill-over into every functional group in the business in the form of buyer personas, positioning, messaging, sales enablement materials, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market strategies.

Thematic responsibilities:

- Continually updating and iterating on our messaging: with the assistance of the CEO, sales team, and broader go-to-market team, you will be the torchbearer of our messaging and positioning in the market
- Category creation and development: the ‘electronification of information’ is a very new thing to the capital markets - we need you to help us create and then develop the category, and set us up to own it
- User persona development and segmentation: you will be responsible for taking the thematic message, and breaking it down for specific users and segments - making the message more relevant and tactical
- Sales enablement: you will take the messaging you’ve developed and drive it into actionable materials for our sales, success, and support teams to use with new and existing customers
- Content creation: you will support and drive new content and thought pieces, including for internal and external placement, supporting prospects and customers
- Digital presence: you will be responsible for creating and managing our digital presence, be it our site, Twitter, LinkedIn, or anything else - so that they all communicate a unified message

Your know-how:

- A strong written ability, and the ability to clearly capture and articulate a view, position, or message
- The ability to work with sales, success, support, and other client-facing teams to continually collect feedback, insights, and updates
- The desire to support and assist our client-facing team in conveying our overall market position, value propositions, and ROI, helping them engage customers and win mandates
- The ability to work with engineering and product teams to capture client and product feedback
- The ability to work independently, and identify, then execute on the highest leverage opportunities
- An understanding of modern communication and marketing tools and stacks, including web analytics, WordPress, and social channels
- You understand how to measure and quantify the impact of your efforts across top of funnel, sales process and cycles, through to closing and retention

It’s a bonus if:

- Have an interest in the Capital Markets, how they function, and want to be a catalyst for change within them globally
- You’ve run the messaging curation and crafting process for another company, ideally in the software or SaaS space
- You’ve worked in Enterprise SaaS
- You have experience defining a new category, and positioning your company to own that category
- You’ve repositioned or reframed an existing category
- You enjoy presenting individually or alongside sales teams to key stakeholders at major global accounts, industry groups, and the press
- You’ve participated in the broader strategy formation with sales, customer success, support, product, and the rest of the organization
