Server Side Engineer

Looking for a tech lead to spearhead our server-side development of c-to-c service connected to web and ios/android apps.

The service has been running for almost 7 years, with over 250k users, and we are looking to growth hack continuously all aspects of the user base, including the user retention, acquisition and activation.

Bulk of the development will be growth hacks as well as adding new features and service enhancements.

The service is architected on:
-ruby on rails (web & server backend)
-javascript (web front-end)
-swift (iOS) / java (Android)
-AWS (server)

The engineer will be required to work with designers and PM/web directors.

Japanese language proficiency is a must
All internal communications are in Japanese. Business-level reading and writing communication proficiencies are required to partake in the team development effort.
