The Client Success Manager role ensures our clients are successful and satisfied in their experience with Strategus. You will be working with our internal sales and ops teams as well as our clients to implement campaigns for new and existing clients. This includes being the point of contact for all clients on campaign execution details, working with sales to ensure a positive experience, and ensuring campaign execution success by working with internal ops teams and third-party vendors.

You will be responsible for managing numerous accounts, projects, and relationships and will need to have high attention to detail to successfully engage in this role.

Ensure the successful launch of campaigns upon receiving signed IO from client
Ensure all materials and information details are collected from the client, Sales reps, and internal teams for a successful campaign.
Materials may include but are not limited to ad creative, pixels, tags, and signed insertion orders.
Information details may include but are not limited to campaign start/stop dates, site/app "white/black" lists, campaign success metrics, and reporting requirements.
Ensure all client and campaign information is current and in the company’s CRM (Salesforce.com).
Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout campaign duration (which includes addressing and resolving issues, sharing status updates, providing required reports, creating/implementing container tags, etc.)
Constantly reviewing campaign reports, success metrics, discrepancies.
Partnering with internal teams on progress of campaigns
Researching audience targeting data segment requests from the sales team
Act as internal liaison for sales reps when they’re in the field selling
Responsible for attending all relevant meetings (campaign performance review meetings, client campaign kick-off, and review calls, sales calls, etc.)
Other duties as assigned

1. Knowledge
Understanding of programmatic and digital media campaigns, ideally within the OTT/CTV advertising environment
Must have extensive knowledge of digital advertising technologies
2. Skills & Abilities
Strong communication experience working with a variety of both internal and external parties
High level of attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously within a collaborative, team environment
3. Education
High school diploma or GED/experience equivalent
Google certification or other digital certifications are encouraged
4. Experience
Experience in a client facing, customer success role within the digital marketing or programmatic advertising space (ideally within the OTT/CTV environment)

Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment
Requires eyesight correctable to 20/20 to read numbers, reports, and computer terminals
Must be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people
Must be able to communicate providing verbal feedback in a professional manner
Must have a long attention span in order to listen to people, perceive the real problems and bring issues to a successful conclusion
Ability to give, receive and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare written materials and articulate goals and action plans. Must understand people and be able to communicate effectively with them
Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer

Microsoft Office Suite – primarily Excel (pivot tables, functions, graphs, etc.)
Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)
Demand Side Platforms (DoubleClick, Amazon, The Trade Desk, Choozle, etc.)
