We work out some of the best coworking spaces, e.g. WeWork Prestige Atlanta in Bangalore. We have a friendly culture, and the smiles that are shared as people pass by each other is an indicator. Well any good company would have "load" of work, the only thing we continuously ensure is that "good load" should increase (innovations, contributing to technical community, brining smiles to customer by good deliveries, skilling and reskilling) and reducing the "bad load" (politics, unpredicability, no-show, overloading, bad time management). We invite potential employees, partners to visit our office and feel the culture by team interaction and judge basis that. Are we the best - no. But our quest is towards continuous improvement, keep adding new "features" to our culture and removing the "bugs" :-)
