We are looking for an Office Manager who is keen to support a variety of business critical tasks in a high-growth environment of an award-winning startup (most recently listed as one of UK's hottest early stage startups).

You will work alongside award-winning entrepreneurs and a team. Our CEO, Ankur Modi was recently featured in Forbes 30 Under 30 2017 for Europe.

Job Description
The Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant will help coordinate all administrative functions in the office. He/She will provide support to the team for outreach and planning on the sales process. You must have the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.

Examples of challenges you will help with:
• Execute calendaring and meeting preparation including: creating agendas, preparing and sending materials in advance, creating clear recaps and following up with any materials and action items
• Make outbound customer calls to potential clients and setup introductory sales meetings
• Accountable for company credit card receipts, bills and expenses
• Complete other duties and special projects as assigned

Things you want to throw yourself at:
● finding and developing ways to automate processes, reduce administration and enable each person to contribute and self-serve
● monitoring processes, actions and communication flow for strategic meetings and planning
● supporting the CEO with key leadership tasks and day-to-day company management
● liaising with external partners such as accountants and lawyers
● supporting and improving HR processes and technology platforms
● screening candidates and organising interviews
● organising company events and travel
● dreaming up and coordinating cool events
● making the office look and feel sorted
● coordinating the company diary

Proficient at:
● listening, observing and taking initiative to get stuff done
● organising big events and getting communities together
● making things look nice in digital form
● writing and editing text
● using social media

Extra awesome:
● you’ve been involved with an unusually organised community such as a non-profit, open-source project, charity or cooperative
● you are kind, laugh a lot and know how to throw a good party
● you know how to take professional quality photos and videos
● you are a whizz at Microsoft Office or website management
