The Role

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (Intern) to join our team. The primary responsibility of the SDR intern will be to book appointments with software engineering leaders in the US and Canada to showcase CloudQA products & services. This is a remote, full-time internship opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads in the US and Canada
  • Contact and qualify leads through email, phone, and social media
  • Schedule appointments with software engineering leaders
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and appointments in our CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed established performance goals and metrics

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Experience working with US and Canadian customers is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the software engineering industry is a plus
