The Opportunity

The office health, wellness, and The Internet of Things (IoT) is one of the fastest growing industries in the US. The global wellness industry is a $3.4 trillion market, or 3.4 times larger than the worldwide pharmaceutical industry. By 2020, nearly $6 trillion will be spent on IoT solutions. Be a part of the founding team building the next billion dollar company from the ground up.

The Role

As the company’s Growth Hacker, you will be apart of a team of assassins exploring, qualifying and engaging new market segments. You will be working directly with the CEO.

Key Outcomes Within 1st Year

*Run 12 high impact growth experiments
*Increase qualified B2B sales leads to 100 per month
*Increase our website conversion rate to 2%

Key Activities

*Audit all existing activities and find opportunities to hack growth
*Identify, plan, and execute growth hacks (viral & paid acquisition, sales teams, content marketing / seo, email marketing, A/B testing & analytics, etc.)
*Always be looking for talent to partner and acquire as team members

Required Qualifications

*Strong technical and marketing background
*Strong verbal and written skills.
*Proven track record of success
