About this role

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our ambitious journey. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for overseeing our products across iOS and Android (later), working closely with the CTO and Founding Engineer. This position will have a great impact and contribution to our engineering foundation & culture early on.

What will I be doing? 👩‍💻👨‍💻

• Implementing features in the Stadium Live app: Building backend functionality, implementing it in the frontend and overseeing its release to our users
• Scaling new & existing features to work for 10x our current userbase
• Work with our design team to turn ideas into reality (We use Figma!)
• Fix bugs and issues that may arise
• Refactor and fine-tune the end-user experience

What do I need? 🤓

• Ability to move up and down the stack to own features end-to-end
• Experience building and shipping quality Javascript code for both frontend and backend applications (Typescript, Node.js, GraphQL, React.js, React Native)
• Experience with managing devops & CI/CD workflows & processes
• Experience with profiling & fixing performance issues in Javascript applications
• Desire to experiment and try new things when called for
• A strong sense of pragmatism and objectivity in decision making related to software development
• Product-orientated mindset with a desire to make the best end-user experience
• You appreciate the demanding and dynamic nature of working in an early-stage startup environment
