Business Interns at StackSource will be exposed to the latest in commercial real estate finance and fintech in three ways:

1. Learning about the market and the commercial real estate financing process under StackSource’s team of experts.
2. Day to day responsibilities related to StackSource’s operations.
3. Core projects improving or building on the StackSource platform.

- Day to Day -

- Gather and organize lead lists within the commercial real estate industry from listings platforms, professional networks, and web research.
- Execute and monitor email marketing campaigns. Measure their effectiveness using relevant data, and tweak the campaigns to maximize effectiveness.
- Handle email responses and manage client hand off and call scheduling for StackSource’s Capital Advisors.
- Coordinate real estate and underwriting documentation for potential real estate financing deals.
- Liaise with StackSource lending partners to determine what documentation is needed to underwrite particular loan opportunities.
- Coordinate updates to the StackSource lending partner database.
-Onboard new lending partners.
- Research commercial real estate markets related to StackSource financing projects.
- Track down client lead source data using Google Analytics.

- Potential Core Projects -

Your core project is a single key focus outside of the day-to-day that will improve StackSource’s platform or business holistically. You’ll work on one key project over the course of your internship with the goal of presenting your work to StackSource’s leadership to make a lasting impact on the company.

- [Marketing] Event Planning - support the StackSource team in planning in-person events for existing and potential clients and partners.
- [Research & Analysis] Create a research report - research a current industry topic and create a report in conjunction with a StackSource Capital Advisor to educate other internal stakeholders at StackSource, plus clients and partners.

- Requirements -

- Minimum: pursuing relevant undergraduate or graduate degree
- Analytical, with working knowledge of spreadsheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated interest in and basic understanding of commercial real estate
