As our UK Finance Manager, you will be a trusted business partner to our UK management team and key member of our group finance team. You will apply your financial and commercial acumen to contribute to key business decisions that go to supporting and investing in our growth.

Reporting directly into our Chief Financial Officer, there is plenty of growth opportunity both within the role and beyond. You will also be adept at providing day to day management and direction by working closely with our Finance Assistant.

Requirements

Aside from the usual responsibilities expected as a Finance Manager, you will also:

* Use your commercial skills and data to inform and support decision making
* Prepare management and statutory reporting with strong analysis
* Manage customer contractual matters with help from Group Counsel where required
* Manage compliance matters, including acting as the key audit liaison for the UK


You will also be someone who:

* Has strong attention to detail who can correlate data from various sources and determine the outcomes
* Is practical and identifies and implements solutions rather than share theories, and you get stuff done
* Works efficiently, effectively and autonomously, but is equally happy participating and contributing to teams
* Has experience working with various software packages (ideally including Sage and Xero)
* Advanced excel skills, v-lookups won’t be enough
* Has experience of migrating finance systems and SQL database queries
