We are looking for a motivated, tech savvy people-person to join our fast growing YC and 43North startup as a Customer Implementation & Training Specialist. You will be standing on the front-door ready to set up each customer for success on the Squire platform. Are you are an organized self starter with project management experience who love playing with apps/online software? Do you love teaching other people how to use software and curious to learn more? This position is full time, salaried position in our Buffalo office. The right candidate will be poised to join our persistent and fearless team in building Squire into a household name.

What you’ll do:
Qualify customer requirements in a courteous and effective manner, preparing customers for technical implementation and identifying the appropriate setup requirements.
Identify and execute appropriate training needs for each customer.
Deliver a high standard of training via telephone, Video conferencing, face-to-face communication and any other avenues when necessary.
Clearly communicate Squire’s support procedures to customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction with our Customer Success Team.
Assume ownership of customer problems and seek to identify, respond and resolve any issues before they become a conflict, ensuring a satisfactory solution for both Squire and the customer.
Manage accounts through our CRM including daily activities, ensuring customers progress smoothly through the onboarding lifecycle in order to become a paying customer.
Report to department lead and leadership on onboarding pipeline and any opportunities to improve our onboarding and training experience with the customer

Qualifications
Professional exposure to hospitality/travel technology industries.
Experience managing projects
A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a KPI and service level agreement (SLA) driven environment, ideally within a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company.

Strong verbal and written communication in English & Spanish
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
A passion for the online technology space and a strong technical aptitude.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of customer service.
Goal-oriented: motivated to set and exceed targets.

$45-50k base salary (dependent on experience) with bonus incentives
